Shipping Policy

At Hamido Baklava DTX, we are committed to delivering fresh, delicious baklava in a timely and secure manner. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Shipping Area

We currently ship within the continental United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within one (1) business day after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods

We partner with UPS and FedEx to ensure your baklava arrives fresh and on time. All shipping options are express, including:

• Next-Day Delivery

• 2-Day Delivery

• 3-Day Delivery (maximum)

Please note that we do not ship via USPS.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping speed. We do not offer free shipping at this time.

No Returns or Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances.

Carrier Responsibility

Once an order leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We are not liable for delays, damages, or lost packages caused by the carrier. Please contact UPS or FedEx directly for claims regarding such issues.
