At Hamido Baklava DTX, we take pride in delivering premium-quality baklava made fresh to order. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

No Refunds or Exchanges

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect address provided at checkout

  • Carrier delays or delivery issues

  • Products damaged during transit

  • Change of mind or preference

Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has left our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. We ship exclusively through trusted carriers (UPS and FedEx), but we are not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage that occurs during shipping.

If you experience a delivery issue, we encourage you to contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to file a claim.
